The keynote speech of the 2021 Digital Government Congress, which was given by Dra. Nuria Oliver, talked about how to put artificial intelligence at the service of society. Using artificial intelligence, Winnow extracts specific information on a specific topic. The videos and presentations of the Digital Government 2021 Congress have been processed with techniques such as voice and people recognition, text mining or content categorization, with the aim of establishing interrelationships between papers, speakers and concepts of what it is spoken.
To relive the congress you must be registered at the CGD2021 platform and select the option “Relive the congress”.
