The entry into force of Decree 8/2021, of February 9, on the transparència and the right of access to public information and, especially, Royal Decree 203/2021, of March 30, which approves the regulation of action and operation of the public sector by electronic means, has entailed a series of new developments that have made it necessary to proceed with the revision of the standard ordinance of transparència and electronic administration, developed by Localret in 2016.

In a telematic session, on June 15, the new version of the Standard Ordinance was presented. transparència and local administration”. A session that included the participation of Mr. Agustí Cerrillo, professor of Administrative Law at the Open University of Catalonia.
