Presentation of the new version of the Ordinance on transparency and digital administration

The entry into force of Decree 8/2021, of 9 February, on transparency and the right of access to public information and, in particular, of Royal Decree 203/2021, of 30 March, approving the regulation of action and operation of the public sector by electronic means, has meant a series of novelties that have made it necessary to proceed to the revision of the ordinance type of transparency and electronic administration, elaborated by Localret in the year 2016.

In a telematic session, the new version of the Ordinance on transparency and local administration was presented on 15 June ”. A session with the participation of Mr. Agustí Cerrillo, Professor of Administrative Law at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
