Continuous improvement of the Digital Maturity Index: how do we move forward?
One of the indicators we measure in the AOC is the percentage of users who complete electronic procedures, as it reflects how easy it is to take action. Currently, more than 50% of users who start a process do not finish it and, therefore, there is much room for improvement.
With the aim of improving interaction and offering a 24 × 7 support service to users of AOC services, we have implemented a chatbot that has been launched in the VALid service.
It will offer direct, immediate and useful answers to the main most common questions asked by users in the identification process they carry out in the VALid service. Like all these tools, it is enriched through the experience generated in each of the conversations made, so it will be more useful over time, so we invite you to interact.
This is an experimental initiative that uses artificial intelligence technologies in the field of natural language interpretation. Despite using advanced and innovative technologies, it is important to keep in mind that you need to invest a lot of time in training to ensure good results.
Depending on the evolution of this pilot, the chatbot will be extended to other services.
