The next Wednesday, July 14st different functional improvements and corrections will be incorporated into the portals environment transparència and the open data portal that the AOC offers in collaboration with the Network of Transparent Governments of Catalonia.
Below we go on to detail the main news:
New items available
The new version offers three new items worked with the Network of Transparent Governments, which will help to comply with the various obligations of active advertising.
- Resolutions of requests for access to public information (manual)
• Family and subfamily: Government action and regulations / Government action and political parties
• Information to be published and frequency of its update: The resolutions in which partial access or denial of requests for access to public information (SAIP) is determined, due to the concurrence of any of the legally established limits. The publication will be made once the interested person has been notified.eresthe resolution has been made and the personal data has previously been anonymized.
2. Annual financial control plan (manual)
• Family and subfamily: Economic management / Economic management
• Information to be published and periodicity of its update: The annual financial control plan. The information must be obtained from the intervention of the local body.
3. Register of authorized civil servants (automatic from the Register of authorized civil servants – EACAT)
• Family and subfamily: Institutional and organizational information / Institutional information
• Information to be published and frequency of its update: information relating to the public worker performing duties (name and surname, date of registration, date of deregistration, administrative unit, attendance at interessats, issuance of authentic copies)
In all cases, remember that these items appear hidden in your portals, so you must take the action of activating and editing them where necessary.
Improvements to existing items
The content of different items has been improved and in most cases its degree of automation has been enhanced or improved. You must access each of the items, from the editing environment, to activate the changes. Here are the details:
Manual items that have become automatic with open data:
- Information on the municipal term
- Document deletion log
- Aid awarded
- List of minor contracts (historical)
- Citizen service
- Political / municipal groups (as long as the political organization module is not used)
Manual items that have become automatically redirected:
- Contracting bodies
- Territorial urban plans
Automatic redirected items that have become automatic with open data:
- Tenders in process (contractor profile)
- Air pollution information
- Economic management indicators
Automatic items with substantial improvements:
- List of contracts awarded
- Urban planning regulations
- Urban planning
Other news
- A new feature has been added to the own items that are created, which allows you to hide them from the menus (family and subfamily). It can be managed directly from the item page.
- One has been published new detail table with the typology of existing items. It includes more detail and is downloadable.
- All items have been updated. transparència to the coding changes that the new version of the indicators has entailed INFOPARTICIPA 2021.
- The metadata of each item has been added required refresh rate.
- Relationships between portals have been improved. transparència and open data, making syndication more effective (automation at source).
- It has enabled a space to consult the latest news from transparència in the editing environment, to indicate the news of each version deployed.
