- Open administration
The use of digital services increases by 11%: balance of the AOC 2023
To date, they have already gone through Postgraduate in Electronic Administration and Government Open to the Local World, about 90 public administration professionals in Catalonia, aware that thedigital administration will make us powerful!
The fourth edition of the same begins next September, again, with hybrid format combining the online classes with face-to-face classes in Girona to facilitate the attendance of students from all over the territory.
Targets
This postgraduate course aims to respond to all these needs from a comprehensive perspective. The first part of the postgraduate course, made up of the subjects of Electronic Administration, is presented as an eminently technical part that provides practical and professional knowledge to public workers in the local world who are immersed in the process of implementing e-government in the institutions where they work.
The second part of the Postgraduate Course, made up of Open Government subjects, offers an overview of open government and all the areas that are part of it, such as transparency, citizen participation, collaboration and good governance. This part introduces a vision that includes both aspects related to open governance models from a theoretical field to practical solutions, tools and implementation proposals.
Unlike other existing courses in these subjects, this postgraduate course aims to reinforce theoretical knowledge with a strong presence of practical sessions materialized through real experiences or workshops which aim to provide a broader view of e-government and open government that transcends strictly theoretical content.

In terms of timetable, the new edition covers most of the classes on weekdays; online classes (66% of the program) will be held on Wednesday afternoons and face-to-face classes (33% of the program) will be held on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
