The registration period to participate in the 2021 Digital Government Congress, which will be held on November 9, 10 and 11, is now open. This year's edition is of key importance to understand the role played by administrations during the COVID-19 pandemic which has been marked by mobility restrictions, social distancing and the economic crisis ”. The Digital Government Congress will present news to become a leading country in terms of digitalization of the public sphere. The inaugural lecture will be in charge of Dra. Nuria Oliver, one of the world's leading experts in artificial intelligence.
Programme
The program has been organized around six main axes that are based on the principles of the European Declaration on the Digital Society and Securities-Based e-Government of 8 December 2020 and underlines the new scenarios i the new opportunities which offers the digitalization of administrations to address the new challenges, needs and expectations of society that have emerged as a result of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The six axes that will be treated during the congress are:

A joint exploration
The 4th edition of the Digital Government Congress will take us to the scene of the great explorations of all time, from expeditions to remote lands and the highest peaks on the planet, to the depths of the sea, the sky and space exploration. . The presentations, round tables, workshops and roundtables that make up the program of the Digital Government Congress will be part of this joint exploration between Catalan public entities.
