From the AOC Consortium we have adapted the life cycle of Representa to make it compatible with the Apodera, incorporating a new state (Pending acceptance) and making mandatory the acceptance of the representation by the representative in the cases of voluntary representations.
With the entry into force of the obligation to have an Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney on April 2, to comply with the provisions of art. 6 of Law 39/2015 of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, from the AOC Consortium we have incorporated a new state in the life cycle of the Representa, to adapt it to the life cycle of the Apodera, for the next integration between both platforms.
