A notice has been published on the Public Procurement Services Platform to inform that, once the stage generated by the measures derived from Royal Decree 463/2020 on the state of alarm has been passed and given that currently the volume of contracts processed by emergency has decreased ostensibly, to the extent that the mass publication of these contracts is not provided for in Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on public sector contracts.
