SSM-CAT data exploitation, new TSO tool and other improvements to Hèstia

With the deployment scheduled for next Wednesday, September 29, the second phase of the SSM-CAT diagnostic tool, included in theHèstia since April 2020. This second phase offers the possibility of exploiting the data resulting from the screenings carried out by the technical staff of the basic social services of the ABSS, through a battery of listings in the Exploitation section, option “Diagnostic tools”, “SSM-CAT”, being able to compare, in addition, the data resulting from the ABSS itself in relation to the rest of the ABSS Hèstia of Catalonia. Likewise, an option has been incorporated into basic social services files that allows two SSM-CAT reports of the same person, made at two different times, to be directly compared, in order to show the referring professional the evolution of the person.

The second phase of this tool also includes the incorporation of the type of support for each of the domains evaluated. To review the support criteria for SSM-CAT domains, see page 20 of the SSM-CAT User's Guide.

This new version of theHèstia also includes the scale of TSO socio-familial assessment, indicated to help establish the degree of social risk of people over 65 in their community environment at a particular time.

Along with enhancements built into diagnostic tools, this update includes:

  • Search engine in the Agenda module
  • To be able to search the files by address
  • Select frequency of team meetings
  • Information on the professional who collects consent to the use of personal data and on what date
  • List of active people without consent collected in the personal file and with an open file

From the AOC we continue to work to facilitate the daily work of the Basic Social Services.
