Continuous improvement of the Digital Maturity Index: how do we move forward?
The past year 2020 will be remembered as the year of the COVID-19 pandemic that has affected us in a general way and from many points of view: health, economic, domestic, labor, etc. but it has also been the year in what has been a strong boost from digital administration.
TV3’s “Value Added” program has published a monograph on the increase in the use of the administration’s digital services and in particular on the increase in demand for digital certificates to relate to the administration.
If we talk about the certified idCAT, the increase from 2019 to 2020 in the issuance of these certificates has been 102.97%. In 2019, 94.181 certified idCATs were issued and in 2020, 191.163 certified idCATs were issued.
As for idCAT Mòbil, a certificate that can be obtained with a health card and without having to go to any office, one million three hundred thousand people already have it.
