Monthly evaluation of the chatbot with generative AI: excellent results
In 2020, the degree of digitization of the register of Catalan councils reached 74%, which is an increase of 100% over the previous year, and each adult citizen performed 3,7 actions with identity digital.
These figures show how the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the process of digital transformation of public administrations. The increase in the degree of digitization of the register (number of electronic entries and exits with respect to the total) implies a decrease in the use of physical paper and an improvement in efficiency thanks to the fully electronic processing within the entity itself. Likewise, digital identity has enabled citizens to carry out all kinds of procedures in a context of closing their face-to-face offices.
The degree of digitization of the register is calculated from the data of the AOC services. Thus, we obtain the number of electronic entries by adding the annotations made by the eTRAM (electronic applications), eFACT (electronic invoices) and EACAT (electronic inter-administrative submissions) services; the number of electronic outputs adding up the annotations made by the eNOTUM (electronic notifications) and EACAT (electronic inter-administrative submissions) services; and the total number of entries and exits from the last transaction of the year recorded by the Unified Registry Service (MUX).
For its part, the actions with digital identity, we obtain them from the authentications carried out with the VALID service.
