With regard to the calculated certificates of income (individual income level, income for social benefits and income for scholarships) are calculated on the basis of the registration design provided by the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) and, for therefore, the consistency of its results depends on the data sender. New model of the Personal Income Tax for the financial year 2020
As of the 2020 financial year, the Personal Income Tax web service is based on a new model for providing information, which involves a modification of the entire structure of the personal income tax modality.
According to the AEAT, this change in format means that from 2020 onwards “all the information on available boxes will be offered, which means that:
New integration for the “IRPF Certificate” modality
Consumer administrations of the service through EACAT screens can consume directly, without the need to make transformations or request new authorizations.
Consumer administrations of the service in an integrated way through web services need to adapt their developments to the new specifications of the "IRPF Certificate" published on the supoort portal.
From the year 2020, the service responds with a new XML design for specific data, similar to that of the Renda Web program, and a dictionary with all the boxes and their descriptions which is published on the AEAT portal, where you can access all the new versions:
The return of the information for the years before 2020 will not require adaptations by the administrations, the service will return the information in the corresponding format for each fiscal year requested.
