Among the activities of the processing services with citizens, we highlight the 641.948 procedures that were carried out via e-TRAM during 2020, which represents an increase of 50% compared to the previous year. In the electronic notifications chapter, 4.444.849 were carried out via e-notum, 23,86% more than in 2019. The negative note is found in the service efact which has seen its activity decrease by 9% compared to the previous year, going from 3.740.668 invoices during 2019 to 3.375.354 in 2020.
It is possible that this decrease in activity regarding theefact is motivated by the fall in economic activity resulting from the pandemic. Regarding the processing activity between administrations, the services EACAT i EVALISA have increased by 10% and 24% respectively.
There has also been a strong increase in data exchange activity between public administrations. Specifically, there have been a total of 78.655.435 queries through the service. VIA OBERTA, 40,55% more than in 2019 where 55.960.917 were made.
Regarding the satisfaction of users of AOC services, which we measure using the methodology Net Promoter Score adapted to the specificities of the public sector, most services enjoy a satisfaction rate above 50%.
