CLT - Declaration responsible for cultural activities of a musical nature with more than 500 people in attendance

The has been published RESOLUTION SLT / 2147/2021, of 8 July, extending and modifying public health measures to contain the epidemic outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in Catalonia.

In accordance with this Resolution, prior to the development of a cultural activity of a musical nature with more than 500 people in attendance, the organizing entity must present to the city council the place where the activity takes place and to the department responsible for of culture, a responsible statement in which it states that it has a specific plan for the development of the activity that includes the organizational measures in order to avoid congestion and that the control system of the people who access it allows to verify that compliance is given to the conditions of access provided for in section 10.4 and, where applicable, in the established health protocol.
