Changes in the processing of the rehabilitation of housing for tourist use

On June 30, the processing of the authorization of housing for tourist use (start of activity, change of owner and termination) will be available from Canal Empresa, so that the owners will have to send the form with the data from this portal and only electronically.

The procedure will be the same as it has been for a few months for hotels, rural tourism, tourist apartments and campsites: the owner presents the documentation to the FUE from Canal Empresa, which reaches you at EACAT through the service called Comunicacions Generalitat-Expedients de Tercers with the note Habilitation d'Allotjaments Turístics. The FUE will also send you in the same package the document of registrable data that you must return to the Generalitat, amended if necessary, so that you can register, or not, in the Tourism Register of Catalonia. It is very important that the return of this document is made in response to the request contained within this service and not with a generic submission. In the event that the Generalitat registers you in the tourism register, you will also receive the accrediting document at EACATYou will find information about this procedure in this document.

So that you can send the data of the huts that you have in process, we will leave the data communication service of the HUTS of open.EACAT (writing down the data in excel) until 15/09/2021.
