As of April 14, the DESA'L service will no longer be available in the Applications section because the service is no longer operational due to its discontinuity.
In recent months we have been working to provide alternatives to the users of the service and once these tasks are completed we communicate the final termination of the service. The options we gave users of the service were:
- Transfer closed files to the service iArxiu
- Migrate open files to the service ERES which includes a file registration module that allows users to have the same functionalities that DESA'L had and other new ones that allow them to have a good alternative.
- Make an export of all DESA'L files and documents so that users can have all the information on the service and can integrate it into their information systems.
In addition, since March 13, it was no longer allowed to create new files and documents to facilitate migration or export tasks. No receipt for consultation is kept either. Via Oberta for screens EACAT to SAVE.
However, in compliance with the conditions of provision of the service, if anyone needs us to export their data, they can send it to us before 30/04/2021 by opening a request to our Support portal
