The closure of the SAVE service, the last March 13th, affects batch queries of Via Oberta and the document management of the PDFs that were generated by those entities that had expressly requested the DESA'L service to consult, download or save the documentation generated by the service. Via Oberta.
Specifically, the closure of DESA'L produces three different types of effects:
1. Batch query of the “IRPF”, “Identity data query”, “Coexistence flyer” and “Residence flyer” services
Batch queries of these four services were performed manually by uploading a .csv file, prepared by the user and obtaining asynchronous or deferred results through individualized responses, in PDF format, to the corresponding DESA'L folders.
Given the complexity of the response of these three services it is not possible to return a single file showing the results of all queries in the batch. Otherwise, users had to access SAVE to consult and / or download the response PDFs.
Therefore, with the closure of DESA'L, from March 13, there is no possibility of storing the answers, and these four modalities (IRPF, Inquiry of Identity Data, Coexistence Flyer and Residence Flyer) until the end of 2021 they cannot be consulted in batches, but will only be available:
- Massively: Via integration
- Individually: by screens EACAT
It is expected that with the availability of the new DESA'L, at the end of the year, these new batch queries will be recovered, and those that require it will be able to obtain the response pdfs again.
2. Batch query of simple answer services
Some of the services of Via Oberta They have certain query modes that allow the upload of a file prepared by the user which, until now, returned two types of response:
- These services also allowed obtaining asynchronous or deferred individualized responses, in PDF format, of each of the requests requested in the lot, which were stored in DESA'L. With the closure of DESA'L, it is no longer possible to consult or download the individualized answers, in PDF format, of each of the queries in the batch.
- On the other hand, the simplicity of the answer “consists, does not consist”, “yes, no”, “a certain amount”, etc.… of these batch queries, also allow the asynchronous or deferred obtaining of another file that uniquely resolves the response of all batch queries.
This response is not affected by closing SAVE and the resulting file will continue to be fetched from theEACAT a few hours after the request has been made. However, this file alone would not contain the necessary evidence to include it in the administrative file. For this reason, the possibility of incorporating modifications to the file that provide it with the necessary legal guarantees is currently being evaluated. Until these modifications are resolved, administrations are advised to obtain the response pdf that contains the electronic evidence of the query, through individualized queries on screens.EACAT.
3. Synchronous queries
All users who had expressly requested the DESA'l service for Via Oberta, until March 13, they could also consult, download or store the results of synchronous queries carried out by screens EACAT.
In this way, they did not need to download the pdfs at the time of the query by screens, but could find the answers saved, in PDF format, in the corresponding DESA'l folders indicated in the FILE ID_EXPEDIENT field of the request file. .
As of March 13, 2021, no receipts for consultation have been stored. Via Oberta for screens EACAT to SAVE and consumer bodies will have to download and store these response PDFs themselves.
On the other hand, all DESA'L users who require it can apply until 30/04/2021, through a request to Support, an export of all the documentation they have archived in DESA'L so that they can incorporate them into their information and archive systems in compliance with the conditions for providing the DESA'L service.
