Choose_by_procedureA partir d’aquest juliol, en la cerca de l’històric del Padró per EACAT s’ha implementat una data d’inici i de fi. Aquest canvi s’ha dut a terme per donar-vos la possibilitat d’acotar la cerca només a l’espai temporal concret que demana el procediment i que, per tant, pugueu complir amb un dels principis relatius al tractament de dades, el de minimització.

Recall that Article 5.1 c) of EU Regulation 2016/679 expressly states that the data strictly necessary for the purpose pursued must be processed: personal data will be adequate, relevant and limited to what is needed for the procedure. .

On the other hand, the consultation now includes up to 11 years to give the possibility to consult the data of the Register of overdue files.

In the event that any data is required beyond this time limit, you should send us one formal requirement to Support on the need to consult older data. The AOC could only meet data query requirements from July 2006 (start date of the Census History query service).
