OPEN WAY: indications for the application forms

As you know, once you have detected the data consultation needs of a specific procedure (regulatory bases for the granting of dining aid, procedure to be followed for access to jobs for public employees, etc.) the you can order at a single form which you will find in EACAT Procedures: Home> Procedures> Catalog> CAOC - AOC services request.

When handling the request, two important points must be taken into account to obtain permission to access the data and not be required by the data issuers:

Consent. On this subject, in “Request the service ”in the Via Oberta section you will find an explanation of the types of consent in the document containing the step-by-step to fill in the authorization application form by type of procedure in the services of Via Oberta.
Translation. With regard to the data requested through the Intermediation Platform of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, remember that at the moment the publication, contribution or translation into Spanish of both the applicable regulations and the form where consent is collected.
