The service of the Generic Submission is having processing problems. Once the PDF form for this service is filled in, by clicking the button Send, the following message may appear:
It's necessary press the button Yes. In case you press the button No is cancel the shipment. In other words, the processing is not done and, therefore, it does not reach its destination.
In order to insure the shipment you can go to the tab Edicio / Preferences / Trusted administrator. Once here, in the section PDF file attachments, must be selected Allow opening of non-PDF attachments with external applications. And, within the section Internet access from PDF files outside the Web browser, press the button Change settings; once a Manage Internet access check the option custom settings, add url: https://serveis.publics.eacat.cat; and mark Allow access. premove the button Accept and when the tab is closed, press again Accept to close theTrusted administrator.
In order to ensure the opening of processing receipts (outside the platform) you can go, in the PDF, to the tab Edition / Preferences / Signatures and verify that it is as indicated in the image.
