Drawing of a street with colorful houses and treesThe Department of Territory and Sustainability publishes a new service on the communication that councils must make to the Department on the Local Housing Plan which includes all the housing policies of the municipalities.

This communication and the sending of the Local Housing Plan to the Department is regulated in article 14.11 of the Law 18/2007, of December 28, of the right to housing.

To process go to Procedures, in the Catàleg de Tràmits of the Department and, specifically, to the service TES - Local housing plan.
