In order to comply with the deadlines established in the regulations governing the transmission of contractual data to the Public Register of Contracts, we inform you that the February 15, 2020, is the last day to inform your data of the contracts corresponding to the exercise 2019.
From the Technical Services of the Public Register of Contracts in the Department of the Vice-Presidency, Economy and Finance, it has been detected that there is still a high volume of contracts that are already reported but are pending submission, so we ask you to review them and make the shipment as soon as possible. All contractual data for 2019 must be definitively communicated, including extensions, modifications and settlements.
So the next day February 15 2020, all contract data must be reported to the PRC and those that are still in the “contracting body” or “returned contract” status must be duly submitted.
