MOOC registration period open “From paper administration to digital administration”

The third edition of the online, massive and open course (MOOC) "From paper administration to digital administration" will be held from 3 to 25 June 2020 and the registration period to sign up will be open from April 20 to May 22.

Technology is transforming Catalan public administrations and the way they relate to citizens. In order to provide public employees with elements that are useful to them to understand the scope of digital administration and the impact that this transformation will entail, the School has developed this open and massive online course, MOOC (massive open online race).

In 2019, the EAPC offered both premiumseres editions of this course. The good reception among the staff of the Catalan public administrations and the satisfactory results mean that the School is offering this third edition of the course in 2020, with the aim of allowing more people to participate.

The objectives, contents and activities of the course have been developed by Agustí Cerrillo, professor of Administrative Law at the Open University of Catalonia, who has researched and published articles and monographs on digital administration, the transparència public and the dissemination and reuse of public information through the Internet, the use of artificial intelligence in public administrations, public governance and public integrity and the prevention of corruption.

In this year's edition, the AOC is actively collaborating with the participation of the Managing Director of the AOC, Marga Bonmatí, which will offer an insight into how to address this step “From paper administration to digital administration”. The course will also be attended by the Virtual Director General of Digital Administration, Esther Manzano.
