New version of the invoice delivery mailboxeFACT

The next day September 9 we release one new environment for the delivery and consultation of invoices of the service eFACT, with a new interface design that makes it more intuitive and also more usable for the user.

As before, this environment allows the delivery of invoices as well as their consultation. As a novelty:

DIR3 code query: We can now consult the codes of the administrative units of each entity, the DIR3 codes. It will soon be necessary to inform these codes in the invoices in order to be able to address them to the entity.
A single delivery box: With this environment, there will be no delivery mailbox URL for us, but the mailbox will be unique for all entities. This change will not affect URLs that are currently running.
