The next September 16 we release one new public employee environment, with a more user-friendly and intuitive interface design for navigation, which incorporates a whole host of improvements and new features.
You can check the details of the changes and improvements below:
- Access management by departments: with this new functionality will allow each user, can only have access (search, create, consult) to the notifications of the department to which it belongs. Therefore, the user with the MANAGER role will be able to associate each user with the EMPLOYEE role with a department and from that moment this user will only have access to the department with which he is associated. A person may belong to one or more departments.
The MANAGER role in addition to assigning user to a department, also assigns a default department. When this user accesses EACAT to consult or create notifications and / or communications, he will initially be assigned to a default department, of all those he may have assigned. If the user with EMPLOYEE role has not been assigned any department, to emulate the behavior of the service so far, he will have access to the main department. Therefore, agencies that only have one department will not need to perform any additional configuration.

- New role relationship:
- Employee: You will be able to create / consult notifications (the manager must assign you the departments in which you can operate on the notifications -change with respect to the current portal-)
- Manager: You can perform settings related to your body such as: modify your body's data and create departments, create texts with the body of notifications and footers, assign users with an employee role to the relevant departments, create SMS templates / email, etc.
The role coordinator, although it still exists, has the same functionalities as the management role and it is recommended not to assign it, as it will be removed in the future.
- Notification access levels: 3 levels of access are defined for notifications by citizens and companies, classified from Valid:
- BAIX: They can access with any of the mechanisms available for authentication to eNotum.
- SUBSTANTIAL: They can access with any mechanism with the exception of those categorized as LOW, which are mobile idCAT obtained by Internet, password of the own eNotum and @Clave
- OTHER: They can be accessed only with high-level categorized mechanisms, ie card certificates.

- Retrieving status change report: you can only request the status change report of the departments to which the user belongs in the eNOTUM environment, not of the whole entity.
- Recipient and group management: the user interface for managing users and groups in notifications has been improved. Users will only be able to see recipients and user groups that have been created by departments that have access permissions.
