“El Meu Espai” (formerly known as the MyGov project), the inter-administrative citizen folder offered by the AOC with the Electronic Office and Transparency service, will be available from 15 October. Citizens are increasingly demanding agile, easy and safe public services. People want to know what data the administrations have, how and why they exchange it or in what precise state their requests are. And they demand it in mobile, usable and simple environments.
“El Meu Espai” responds to this need and represents an important qualitative leap to improve citizens' relations with the public administration, with a transversal, personalized and proactive vision.
What are the objectives of "My Space"?
- That the public can consult all its procedures and actions, with an inter-administrative view from the website of any administration, in accordance with the legal obligations of the Electronic General Access Point regulated in Law 39/2015, of 1 of October, of the common administrative procedure of public administrations.
- That the public can consult their personal data and know the use made by public administrations, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations.
- Advance proactively to cover new needs of citizens, safely and promoting usability and accessibility.
How do I enter "My Space"?
To access "My Space" you must enter the electronic headquarters of each entity and authenticate using Idcat Mobile, Certifcat Digital, Cl @ ve or any other authentication system.
What information does “My Space” offer?
AOC services
- e-TRAM: information on the procedures carried out using the e-TRAM solution in any entity.
- e-NOTUM: consultation of all available notifications and communications from all administrations with a cross-sectional view. The consultation of the content and practice of electronic notifications is carried out within the e-NOTUM service.
- Via Oberta (traces): consultation of the traces (not personal data) of the consultations carried out by the Catalan administrations of a person's data or documents. Traces include information relating to: body, service consulted, purpose, file and date.
- VALID: consultation of authentications or electronic signatures made with the processing portals of the AOC services and the portals of the Catalan administrations
General State Administration
- Information on procedures and actions available at the General Electronic Access Point of the General State Administration.
Note: due to an incident in the AGE this integration has not been operational lately and we do not have a resolution date.

I am an entity interested in giving access to "My Space" from the website of our entity. What to do?
The “My Space” module is available to all public administrations and public sector bodies in Catalonia. It is accessible:
- Automatically for entities using the e-Office and Transparency service, and e-TRAM (unless otherwise indicated). Access to "My Space" will be made from a section accessible to the e-Office and Transparency service of each entity. In the future, and in the new e-TRAM (currently in piloting) will have a prominent place in the catalog of procedures.
- Catalan public bodies that do not use the Open Government services (e-Headquarters and Transparency) or the AOC's e-TRAM must make a request through EACAT
