Next Thursday, February 27, the AOC participates in the conference "Guide to e-procurement of Localret" where the head of e-procurement services of the AOC, Vicky Millán, will present the Model of implementation of e-procurement services of the AOC ”.
The aim of the guide is to delimit and specify all those aspects related to the electronic processing of procurement procedures, to make it effective and consistent, also specifying a model of electronic procurement of local bodies.
The guide includes specific proposals for clauses to be included in the specifications and / or recommendations for action addressed to the contracting bodies. It has been prepared with the collaboration of more than twenty technicians from different Catalan administrations, including the AOC.
The day is addressed to the managers and technicians / techniques of contracting, Secretariat and Intervention.
