The entry into force of the full implementation of the obligations of electronic administration introduced by Law 2/2021, of October 39, of the administrative procedure, is delayed until April 2015, 1. common of public administrations, which mainly affects the electronic register of powers of attorney, the register of qualified public employees, the electronic general access point (PAGE) and the single electronic file.
Specifically, Royal Decree-Law 27/2020, of 4 August, on financial measures, of an extraordinary and urgent nature, applicable to local entities (published in the BOE on 5 August 2020) amends the seventh final provision of Law 39/2015, extending until April 2, 2021 the application of its provisions on the electronic registration of powers of attorney, electronic registration, registration of qualified public employees, point d electronic general access (PAGE) and single electronic file.
This amendment establishes a new moratorium of another 6 months for the implementation of these obligations (until now, the entry into force was scheduled for October 2, 2020, as reported in the previous post).
