You will find at EACAT developed and improved the Register of Qualified Civil Servants (RFH), which already existed and is required by law.
Disappears, therefore, the old specific service of the Register of Officials Skills and the roles assigned to the different users have been migrated to the Information sheet for each user.
The new RFH ofEACAT It is more usable and makes all the information collected much more user-friendly. User managers of each entity will be able to perform the following actions:
- Attach the standard of creation of the RFH of each being, which can load and update in the subsection My body.
- Inform which users of yours are qualified officials, through the subsection Users. Either when a new user is created or when an existing user is modified. For this, in the sheet of information of each user, a data section has been added to inform:
- RFH high date, is the date on which the user becomes part of the RFH.
- RFH low date, is the date on which the user terminates the RFH.
- Administrative unit, is the administrative body to which the user belongs.
- Attend the interessats in the use of electronic media, it is one of the functions assigned to users who are part of the RFH.
- Issuance of authentic copies, is one of the functions assigned to users who are part of the RFH.
Additionally, all users will be able to see in their tab if they are un civil servant qualified, through the subsection El meu espai.
