Digital Transformation Module in the Local World: train yourself to lead change
Each new year is accompanied by the balance of the previous one and 2019 leaves some data that show the increasingly intense involvement of the 2.250 Catalan public administrations in their digital transformation. To achieve this goal, the services, support and accompaniment we offer from the AOC in collaboration with the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Provincial Councils and the County Councils (among others) are essential.
The citizen is at the center of our priorities and we work to meet their needs and expectations, so we systematically collect their assessment: 80% of users (citizens or public employees) say they are very satisfied or satisfied with the services of the AOC in the more than 200.000 surveys they have completed.
During 2019, an average of 771.000 transactions were made daily, spread over 30 services generated a saving of 383 million euros, according to the rigorous methodology developed by the AOC. This is 100 million more savings than during 2018,
Of particular note is the Via Oberta service, which allows compliance with the principle of "once and enough" (once only), that is, the right of citizens not to provide documents that are already in the possession of the administrations. . In 2019, 56 million exchanges of data and documents were carried out between administrations, which has allowed each citizen to save on average 7 documents in their procedures and procedures with the Administration.
