Diagnostic tools in Hestia: the SSM-CAT

On Wednesday, April 8 at 16:00 p.m., a new version of Hestia was published, which incorporates the SSM-CAT diagnostic tool, in order to support the technical professionals in their intervention when it comes to specifying the possible degree of risk of exclusion of people.
This functionality is available in the new “Diagnostics” tab of the SSB File, replacing the old “Problems” tab, although professionals are advised not to use it until they have received prior training from the Department of Labor. , Social Affairs and Families has planned for the whole territory. Within this new section of diagnostics, professionals will be able to choose whether to incorporate the problems detected as they have been doing so far, or to pass the SSM-CAT screening tool. Both types can be registered and coexisted, but it must be taken into account that the problems can affect all or only one of the people in the cohabitation nucleus and the SSM-CAT tool is an individual evaluation of each of the persons linked to the file.
