EDU - Grants for funding local government music schools. Course 2017-2018

Child playing guitarThe Department of Education has published in Electronic Board of the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya the final resolution for the granting of subsidies to local bodies in Catalonia, intended for the financing of music schools, owned by them, for the 2017-2018 academic year.

Against this Resolution, the people intereshealth authorities may file a contentious administrative appeal before the Contentious Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia, within two months from the day following its notification, in accordance with the provisions of article 46.1 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating contentious administrative jurisdiction.

They may also optionally file a request, prior to the administrative contentious appeal, before the body issuing the act, within two months from the day after its notification, in accordance with the provisions of article 44 of the said Law.
