Given the problems that we know arise from the publication of documents signed by public employees, while guaranteeing the protection of personal data, avoiding giving visibility to the NIF of individuals together with their names and surnames, we want to disseminate as a recommendation of good practice, the functionality of generating còpia authentic signed with an organ seal certificate, which incorporates the service Còpia of the AOC Consortium.

This allows you to obtain, from an original PDF signed with T-CAT, a còpia authentic of the document which, on the one hand, incorporates the metadata of the original signatory (eliminating the NIF) and on the other hand, adds the signature of a seal of the body of the entity that generates the còpia, thus guaranteeing the integrity of the document's origin.
For this type of còpia authenticity of an electronic document, as well as, for the rest of which allows to perform the Còpia, It is also possible to optionally add a secure document verification code, in case you have a consultation service. It should be noted that the latter itself Còpia does not incorporate it.
Finally, it should be noted that the service is offered openly upon membership in EACAT through the link incorporated in the “Applications” tab of the Platform. However, to make authentic copies signed with an organ seal, which we recommend for this use, you must have issued a certificate Digital Seal of the “Electronic Administration Services” in the AOC Consortium.
