Safer Internet Day 2024: the Government puts the focus on hypercalling
Given the problems we know that the publication of documents signed by public employees, while ensuring the protection of personal data, avoiding giving visibility to the NIF of individuals together with their names and surnames, we want to disseminate as a recommendation of good practical, the authentic copy generation functionality signed with an organ seal certificate, which incorporates the service Copy of the AOC Consortium.
This allows to obtain, from a pdf of origin signed with T-CAT, an authentic copy of the document that, on the one hand, incorporates the metadata of the original signatory (eliminating the NIF) and on the other hand, adds the signing of an organ seal of the entity that generates the copy, thus guaranteeing the integrity of the origin of the document.
For this type of authentic copy of an electronic document, as well as, for the rest of which allows to make the Copy, it is also possible to add, optionally, a secure document verification code, in case you have a consultation service. It should be borne in mind that the latter does not incorporate the Copy itself.
Finally, note that the service is openly offered by joining EACAT through the link built into the "Applications" tab of the Platform. To make, however, the authentic copies signed with an organ seal, which we recommend for this use, you must have issued a certificate Digital Seal of the “Electronic Administration Services” in the AOC Consortium.
The Copy also has a type of webservices through a set of API REST services, to facilitate the integration between the management systems or computer applications of your body and the web application of the service. See more information at How to integrate with the COPY service?
