As a result of technological improvement in the Inter-administrative Collaboration Platform (PCI) reported in the statement Change of domains in the pre-production and production environment in the PCI, the domain of the DESA'L download URL has also been modified.
The domain change is as follows:

In order for integrators to make the appropriate configuration changes, the current domain will coexist with the new one until January 15 2021.
In order to be able to validate the correct operation, the change has also been made to the pre-production environment and the new domain is already operational.
The new domain of thearound Pre-production (PRE) is:

New domains have configured EC-ACC and EC-SectorPublic root server certificates, so you should review the trust with the following roots:
- certificate root key
- certification body key
