For request an appointment you must select the topic of your interest, in this case Digital identification and certificates, and choose the office where you want to be cared for.
Apart from these offices we remind you that you can consult the map of the rest of Registration Entities idCAT that are open and that allow to deliver digital certificates to the citizens (especially autonomous) that have the obligation to do electronic formalities that can only do with this means.
We recommend that if you have to pick up your idCAT certificate, first contact your institution by phone before going there and confirm that they will issue you the certificate. Ask for the schedule, if an appointment is required, if it is issued to people from other municipalities or only in emergencies

Remember that you can also request theidCAT Phone, the certificate for citizenship, which can be obtained electronically with your DNI and health card and with which you can carry out most procedures with the Catalan administrations.
Issuance of Digital Certificates by videoconference
