A declaration responsible for pastures is understood to be the document signed by an interested party in which he declares, under his responsibility, that he complies with the requirements established in the current regulations for the use of pastures in the internal basins of Catalonia, which has the documentation that proves this, and that undertakes to maintain compliance during the exercise of the activity that motivates the declaration.
