The AOC consolidates its chatbots with AI: more people served, high level of quality and 96% savings
The entities that have transparency portals offered by the AOC received a total of 158.000 visits during the month of June. This increase in users is already perceptible at the end of April and during the month of May, but it is in the month of June that this record data has been reached. If we compare the user data corresponding to the month of February 2020 with respect to the month of June 2020, the increase in users has been 47%. This is a record number in terms of visits.
There are currently 1193 entities that use the transparency portal offered by the AOC; specifically, 904 town councils, 39 county councils, 2 provincial councils, 248 dependent local bodies
During the last year, from 30 June 2019 to 1 July 2020, the total number of users who have visited the AOC Transparency Portals has been 1.105.132, users visiting an average of 6 pages. In terms of page views, the figure rises to more than 6,3 million pages and a global number of page views that exceeds 19,5 million (2016-2020)
