The next May 18, as part of the presentation of the second edition of Postgraduate in Electronic Administration and Open Government in the Local World, we invite you to one talk of the Xavier Marcet entitled "The administration will be digital and with talent or it won't be: the empowerment of people in public administrations".

The talk aims to reflect on the importance of talent management in public administrations, where technology and the new model of management play an important role in the empowerment of public workers. At the end of it, there will be an information session about the Postgraduate.

Postgraduate in Electronic Administration and Open Government

The Diputació de Girona and the Fundació UdG, in collaboration with the Consorci Administració Oberta de Catalunya (AOC), are organizing the Postgraduate Course in Electronic Administration and Open Government, which this 2019-2020 academic year will start its second edition.

The Postgraduate course aims to train workers in the local world in the fields of electronic administration and open government to improve the quality of local administrations.

The Postgraduate course is aimed at:

  • Workers of the local administrations of Catalonia: technicians, administrators, secretaries, inspectors, elected officials, possible posts and staff who are involved in the process of implantation of the e-administration and the government open to the local authorities or want to know in what it consists of and what are the challenges and changes involved.
  • Graduates and professionals from the private sector who work or want to work together with the Public Administration in the areas under study in the postgraduate course.
