Hèstia incorporates new inquiries from Via Oberta
The current version of the Hestia service will be updated on Monday 28 October in order to implement a series of improvements. This update involves making a cut in the Hestia service on Monday 28 October from 17 pm which will last approximately 1 hour.
Here are the improvements that the new version of the Hestia service includes:
• co-referent: a coreferent professional can be identified in the files of Basic Social Services. This field can be used as a search criterion from the general file search engine. Although you can assign as a corefer a professional from the same ABSS sector, the ABSS will only be able to access the files depending on their permissions.
• Name meaning: People may exercise the right to state their meaningful name in their data. This new field can be used in the people search engine as a search criterion.
• Integration with the general register of the entity: at the express request of the ABSS, there is the option of being able to send documents of "citizen origin" from the document manager of the Hestia, to the general registry of entry of the local authority.
• Alerts module: Created a set of 7 alerts (intervention plans expired, resources granted expired, resources "pre-assigned" more than a month ago, records without movements for more than 1 year, appointments "pending" to l 'previous date calendar, documents added to files of which I am referring by other professionals and to-do tasks), which can be customized by the professional, in order to facilitate the professionals in their daily work, remembering or facilitating them the correct registration of the data.
• Notification service: to minimize the impact of the messages that Hestia returns to professionals when they perform various actions on the software (record data, register files,…), a warning service has been created, in the upper right margin from the screen, which shows the last 10 actions performed on the Host.
• Immigration (not ESF): the registration of the data of the professionals in this field has been improved so that they can register the data corresponding to their functions that are not attributable to the European Social Fund.
• Attach files to the support service: Files can be attached to the float when an issue or query is opened.
• Generic templates: a direct option is opened in the section of "paperwork management" in order to be able to update directly from the ABSS the following forms:
• Basic configuration open to all professional users: From now on all professionals will be able to self-manage options, such as activating the synchronization of their Hestia agenda with OutLook, changing their login password and customizing the new Alerts system. .
Along with these new features, there are others that, although not so relevant, we hope will facilitate your daily management: see from the file if the members have the consent to use data stored in the Card Staff, be able to differentiate the holder from the rest of the beneficiaries from the list of resources, search for a document by the entry settlement number assigned to it by the general register of the entity, add "tasks" to the files that serve as a reminder of "things to do", more data has been included in the results of general searches, etc.
We take this opportunity to remind you that we have one a collaborative space where we gather your proposals for improving services.
