LA (Local Administration), 2019. The future imagined in the movie "Blade Runner" has arrived and, in some respects, does not seem very different from today's world. Excessive bureaucracy, increasingly complex regulations, and misuse of technology have turned many officials into automatons, often cold and not at all empathetic with people. They are the Replicants.

But a group of rebels with an innovative look, coming from the ranks of Blade Runners who were previously engaged in 'retiring' Replicants, realize that many of them have talent and a vocation for service and that, with the right support, they can to ensure that citizens enjoy quality services.
