Hèstia incorporates new inquiries from Via Oberta
The Hestia service includes the Register of Shared Information (RIC), a new feature that allows you to consult the resources granted, both historical and current, to users of any of the 84 Basic Areas of Social Services that use the Hestia.
Initially information is shared of 9 elements of the Portfolio of Social Services of the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families:
Access to the RIC is made from the user's Personal File or from the General Search Engine of the Host and to consult the data you must enter the number of the official identification document of the person (DNI / NIE / Passport) or your Health CIP.
One of the main advantages of accessing the entire history of a person in Catalonia, integrating the information of the different Basic Areas of Social Services used by Hèstia, is to provide professionals with the best knowledge of the person and their problematic for their better accompaniment.
This data sharing is a cutting-edge and innovative initiative that will move people towards shared social history.
