The Shared Information Registry “RIC”, available at Hèstia

The service Hèstia includes the Shared Information Registry (RIC), a new functionality that allows you to consult the resources granted, both historical and current, to users of any of the 84 basic Social Services Areas that use theHèstia.

Initially information is shared of 9 elements of the Portfolio of Social Services of the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families:

  • Basic social services
  • Home help service
  • Service of support and care technologies
  • Emergency residential reception service (general population)
  • Temporary residence service for adults in a situation of social exclusion
  • Social dining service
  • Social care technical advice service
  • Open center service
  • Adapted transport service

Access to the RIC is done from the user's Personal File or from the general search engine of theHèstia and to consult the data, the person's official identification document number (DNI/NIE/Passport) or their Health CIP must be entered.

One of the main advantages that will be gained by accessing the entire history of a person in Catalonia, integrating information from the different basic Social Services Areas that use theHèstia, is to provide professionals with the best knowledge of the person and their problems for their best support.

This data sharing is a cutting-edge and innovative initiative that will move people towards shared social history.
