What is our recipe for innovating in digital public services?

Collaborative workThe starting point is always to clearly define which dish you want to “cook” (the public challenge you want to solve) and ensure that there is a real need or demand for it.

From here, take note of the basic ingredients:

  • The people, first
  • Technology, then; as a facilitator
  • Prototype and test
  • Add data (big and small) to identify problems and needs, perform predictive analysis, evaluate the operation of services so that you can improve them as soon as needed.
