The AOC participates in the GovTech conference on local innovation at the service of citizens
We remind you that since November 2018, themonthly activity report of AOC services is presented in Power BI format, an analysis solution that offers an interactive display of data as well as the ability to share information via a link. It also allows you to embed the analysis on a web page; in this sense, if you visit the website of the AOC Consortium, you will see that some of the services already present their data in this interactive format.
The use of this tool has great advantages as the updating of the data is automatic and leaves no room for possible human errors in the processing of information.
The new format has tried to keep track of the previous report but now includes a history of each service playing with year and month filters. For example, to access data for January of this year, select 2019 and month 1. Please note that the data is updated once the month is over; thus, and if you ask for the data for the whole year in the graph “Evolution of activity by month”, the data for the current month will show a descending line.
This January it should be noted that most services have reached monthly highs such as Via Oberta, with 5,3 million queries, EACAT with 100 submissions, e-TRAM with 26,5 thousand procedures, 231 thousand notifications for which concerns the e-NOTUM or the 284 thousand invoices of the e.FACT.
We invite you to visit againmonthly report on the activity of the AOC Consortium.
