Incidence when filling out PDF forms

An issue has been detected when filling out certain forms in PDF, which is related to the version of Adobe Reader that you have installed on your computer. You'll find information on how to resolve this issue on the Gencat.

Although we incorporate the following list of procedures of the services where this incident has been detected, it should be borne in mind that there may be procedures that do not appear in this relationship; since only the most used ones appear.
