Digital Transformation Module in the Local World: train yourself to lead change
The General Directorate of Citizen Services of the Generalitat de Catalunya convenes the different units and professionals dedicated to the field of citizen services in Catalonia in the I Network Administrations Meeting, a new meeting format to connect public servants of all Catalan administrations for the first time. Resources, tools and tricks will be offered to better serve the public:
➡️ digitally (web, networking, messaging, mobile📲)
➡️ by phone 📞
➡️ at the OAC 🏢
➡️ in the form of a 'Citizen Service Guide of the Generalitat de Catalunya'
The I Meeting will take place in a special place and can be the beginning of a great relationship. Other editions may be held in other places with different protagonists if so decided in the debate-networking-xeflis that will take place at the end of the event.
This first edition takes place thanks to the City Council of Calonge, which puts all the logistics of the event, the Consortium of Open Administration of Catalonia and the provincial councils, which are the bodies that articulate the relationship with the local world, and all the other administrations that act in Catalonia (universities, General State Administration in Catalonia, other administrations…) and that surely will also feel attracted by this call.
