AOC stops issuing secure server certificates (SSL)

As of 2020, the AOC Consortium will no longer issue secure server certificates. Specifically, the certificates it will stop issuing are:

  • Secure Server Certificate (CDS-1)
  • Secured server certificate extended validation (CDSQ-1)
  • Middle Level Electronic Office Certificate (CDSNM-1)

The latest certificates will be issued on December 31 and they will be guaranteed for two years. This change does not affect the other profiles, which continue to be issued under the same conditions.
