MyGov will make available to the public its management and personal data of all administrations

“Lifelong” government-citizen relationships don’t work. They are designed to satisfy the interests oferesThey are part of the organizations that manage public services and do not satisfactorily resolve people's needs and expectations.

At the AOC we work to find a digital solution that improves citizens' relations with the public administration; that it offers an integrated vision of all the formalities and managements of the set of the administrations, that is personalized (because not all need the same) and proactive (because it is the administration that has approached to the citizenship and no the reverse). We call this digital solution MyGov: Administration in your hands.

With MyGov people will have a digital space to interact with the administration in an agile, fast and secure way. The service will allow us to:

  • Monitor our activity with the administration: status of applications, notifications and communications received, consultation of files, etc.
  • Know and access the personal data held by the administration as well as generating the supporting documents we need: registration flyer, certificate of being aware of tax obligations, working life, etc.
  • Know the exchanges made by the administrations of our data and for what purpose they do so.

The MyGov service will include the possibility of receiving notifications by SMS or e-mail of campaigns, public calls and other actions that are of interest to us.

If you want to know in detail how we designed and implemented the first prototype of the service, you can consult the project file MyGov: Administration in your hands.

But that doesn’t end there. The MyGov project is evolving and we need your knowledge and experience to continue. We encourage you to get involved through theAOC Laboratory space: MyGov

Come on in, experiment, and send us your feedback and suggestions! Improving citizens' relations with the public administration is also in your hands.
