We asked ourselves this question a long time ago at the AOC and, not finding a sufficiently satisfactory answer, we put the needle in the needle and developed our own methodology for calculating savings that involves the use of the administration. digital. A methodology that:
- Evaluate rigorously the economic and time savings that the use of digital services offered by the AOC to all Catalan public administrations
- It allows you to calculate the savings associated with the use of digital administration with respect to face-to-face administration, both from the point of view of citizens and companies, as well as from the administration's own offices
- The methodology can be applied to any own management system integrated with AOC services or to similar digital administration solutions.
