The Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food publishes the service to approve, renew and / or modify the Technical Plans for Game Management (PTGC), attaching the PTGC form in pdf format.
PTGCs are hunting planning instruments, which pursue the goal of making the hunting of target species compatible with the conservation of ecosystems and endangered species. The purposes of the PTGC are as follows:
- Facilitate and order the management of game species and hunting areas.
- Encourage the populations of game species and order their use.
- Encourage populations of protected species and the proper functioning of ecosystems in general.
The PTGC must be drawn up by a competent doctor, and electronically signed by him, indicating name and surname, and degree, and by the holder of the hunting area.
The validity of a PTGC is four years.
