Tired of the good judgment of the workshop and to see how the technology is currently available, we have started a minimal-cost experience using Google's Dialogflow service. So, we have put a bot that responds to basic queries about the support service itself from our support Twitter account, through direct messages.

Like everything that costs little (we only spent about 9 hours working), it has limitations such as the language (it does not speak Catalan) but it will help us to draw conclusions and decide the next steps.

So everyone is invited to do a direct message to @Suport_AOC and interact with our bot… Or is it a bot? You better ask yourself!
